GIA s.r.l. is a family company located in Emilia Romagna, the Italian Food Valley.
The Company was founded in 1980 after discovered the process to manufacture garlic in paste.
During these years the Company extended the range of products with the aim to give to consumers quality and convenient products like sundried tomato paste, tomato and garlic puree, chilli puree, onion puree, shallot puree, pesto, anchovy paste.
Gia products are obtained from fresh ingredients which are carefully selected, controlled and processed using modern equipment to ensure the perfect balance of the product in tube.
They are a high standard quality products and the tube is a very practice and easy to use tool in the kitchen.

Gia Garlic Puree

Gia Garlic Puree is produced to a unique formula based on an authentic

Italian recipe.
Careful handling retains the full fragrance and unique taste of garlic.

It can be used in all recipes which call for garlic such as garlic bread, sauces, roast meat, stews, casseroles.

Once opened tube can be stored in fridge and reused in all dishes calling for garlic.

Approx 1/2 teaspoon = 1 clove garlic

Gia Sundried Tomato Puree

A delightful twist on a traditional recipe. Sun dried tomatoes combined with the classic ingredients of puree to create a paste that will add a unique flavour to meat, vegetables, pasta, casseroles and sauces.

Gia Chilli Puree is made using natural Chilli's which are selected and crushed into a puree ready for use in any dish to give a spicy kick.

To be used in any recipe calling for chilli's, curries, chilli con carne, pasta dishes, meats, fish, vegetables.
