Salmon and Hasselback Potatoes

This mouth watering salmon melts in the mouth with its sweet but chilli taste. We have served it with garlic hasselback potatoes and stir fried pak choi.
This is a perfect meal to cook for family or friends when they come over.

Ingredients:
1 Large cut of salmon
Bag New Potatoes
2 Pak choi
Hasselback Potato Ingredients:
2 tsp Gia Garlic Puree
1 tbsp olive oil
salt and pepper
Salmon ingredients:
1/2 Tbsp Olive Oil
3 tbsp Honey
2 tsp Gia Garlic Puree
1/2 tsp Chilli flakes
2 Spring onions chopped
Pak choi ingredients:
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp of soy sauce
1 tsp Gia Garlic Puree

Method:
1:Preheat the oven at 200°C. Cut parallel slits into each potato, stopping just before you cut through so that the slices stay connected at the bottom of the potato.
2:Place the potatoes in a large sandwich bag, add in the olive oil, Gia Garlic puree and salt & Pepper give a good shake. Place on a baking tray and put in oven for 40-45 min.
3:Place the salmon onto a large sheet of tin foil,coat it with the olive oil, honey, garlic puree and chilli flakes, wrap foil into a parcel around the salmon. Add the Salmon to the Oven from 30mins.
4:Whilst they are cooking stir fry pak choi, with the ingredients for 2-3 mins.
5:Serve altogether with sliced spring onion on top of the Salmon.
