Dazzle your dinner table with this Korean beef dish!
This recipe was cooked in a pressure cooker making it quicker than a Takeaway, was made even easier with no chopping of your garlic and chilli's.

Serves 2-3 People
600g Braised diced beef
80 ml Reduced salt Soy sauce
1 oxo cube made with 200ml hot water
50g Brown sugar
2 tsp Gia garlic puree
1 tsp Gia chilli puree
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
1 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp pepper
3 tbsp cornflour mixed with 3 tbsp of hot water
2 Thinly sliced spring onions
Pressure cooker Method:
1:Place Part 1 ingredients in the pressure cooker pot and give it a good stir to get the flavours mixed together.
2:Select meat setting on the cooker,adjust and cook for 13 mins.When finished cooking, slow release pressure according to the manufacturers directions.
3:Place Part 2 ingredients in a small bowl to whisk the cornflour and hot water and place in the pot and give all the ingredients a good stir.
4:Setting the cooker on fry and keep stirring until the sauce has thickened for about 2 mins.
5:Serve with short grain rice and garnish with spring onions and sesame seeds
