Bring the taste of the Asia onto your dinner table with these sticky, sweet and garlicky chicken wings.

Serves 2 people
Ingredients:
1000g Chicken wings (10 full wings)
30g Plain Flour
Spray oil
Pepper (to taste)
2 Spring onions (sliced)
Sesame seeds
Sauce:
60 ml Honey
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tsp Gia Garlic Puree
1 tsp Gia Chilli Puree
1/2 tsp Ginger Powder
1/2 tsp cornflour mixed with 40 ml warm water
Method:
1: Pre-heat the oven at 220°c.
2: Put the flour and pepper in a bowl, one at a time, put chicken wing in mixture and turn until fully coated.
3:Line a baking tray with parchment paper, place the coated wings on top and place in the oven for 20 mins
4: While the wings are cooking, place the sauce ingredients into a wok/large pan. Bring to the boil, turn the heat down and simmer until the sauce has thickened.
5: Once the wings have had 20 mins in the oven, remove them and place them into the wok/large pan and fully coat wings with the sauce.
6:Place back on the lined baking tray and oven cook for a further 10 mins.
7:Sprinkle the wings with sliced spring onion and sesame seeds. We served with Salad and corn on cobs.
