Homemade Salad dressing

We made this delicious tuna, potato and egg salad, inspired by Jamie Oliver's low fat salad dressing recipe. We made a few changes to cut the process down, you wont require a blender for this dressing using our purees.


Salad Dressing Ingredients:

3 tbsp 0% fat yogurt

1 tbsp Macetilla Sherry vinegar (Balsamic vinegar is a close substitute)

1 tbsp Mustard Powder mixed with 1 tbsp cold water

1/2 tsp Gia Chilli Puree

1 tsp Gia Garlic Puree

1/2 Lemon juice

Sprinkle of Dried Basil


Method:

1: Place all of the above ingredients into a bowl and stir until fully blended and Enjoy on your choice of salad!!
