Crispy Hash Browns
Delicious quick and easy homemade hash brown's. Great to serve with a fry up or try with our Breakfast Muffins (Recipe link)
Makes 12 Hash browns Prep Time - 15 mins (use a food processor to grate!)
Cook Time - 30 mins
3 Large potatoes Finely grated
2 Large Shallots Finely grated
Handful of chopped Parsley
2 Tsp Gia Garlic Puree
1 Tin drained sweetcorn
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
2 Tbsp Cornflour Spray oil
Pepper to taste
Method: Crispy Hash Browns
1: Pre-heat the oven at 190° and spray a cupcake tin thoroughly with spray oil to stop the potato sticking.
2:In a bowl mix the potato, shallots, parsley, sweetcorn,olive oil, cornflour and pepper mix all together, try to get rid of as much moisture as possible using a clean tea towel or kitchen paper.
3:Place a small handful of the mix into each cupcake hole, spray with more fry light & place in the oven for 20 mins.
4:After 20 mins, increase the oven temp to 220° spray with more oil & bake for a further 10-15 mins or until golden brown and crispy.
5:Remove from the oven and set to one side for 5 mins to cool
